As Managing Director of SPS, Shirley is responsible for managing all areas of the business, from sales, operations, control of costs and compliance to change management and growth. With a focus on exceeding the customer's expectations, Shirley works at all levels of the business, to motivate her team to provide the best possible customer service.

As our National Operations Manager, Joe is completely focused on ensuring the teams are delivering services that exceed the customers’ expectations, 24/7, no matter how bad the problem or how complex the situation.

John is a highly driven, customer focused, committed Account Manager. He is a lively character with a positive attitude and will ensure that his customers receive the best possible service at all times. He cant do this alone and has great support from the local Depot and Property Services Team and 24/7 Response Centre.

As a Regional Account Manager, Nick puts his many years of customer service, compliance and operational experience to great use. He has excellent communication and organisation skills and a real passion for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service at all levels. He is focused at giving a best-in-class service for all of his varied customers, and won’t stop until the customer is completely satisfied. Nick is supported by a highly focused London Depot, and dedicated personnel in the Response Centre

Nick is responsible for overseeing the sales in this region. Having led the Property services team for over 5 years he know what is involved to completely satisfy our customers’ requests. Communication and delivering what we promise is important to Nick, who will always give 100% to every order and enquiry received.

John is responsible for the 24/7 Response Centre. He is a customer focused individual who drives performance, quality and customer satisfaction. He takes customer satisfaction personally, and won't stop until it is the best it possibly can be. His support team consists of 6 team leaders, and over 60 24/7 call centre operatives.

Phil is responsible for sales in the North of England. His property and people experience ensures our customers receive great advice on complex issues. Phil will use whatever resource he has available to give you the best service on all orders instructed.
