Nick Jackson - Head of Sales
As a Regional Account Manager, Nick puts his many years of customer service, compliance and operational experience to great use. He has excellent communication and organisation skills and a real passion for ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service at all levels. He is focused at giving a best-in-class service for all of his varied customers, and won’t stop until the customer is completely satisfied. Nick is supported by a highly focused London Depot, and dedicated personnel in the Response Centre

John Hainey - 24/7 Response Centre
John is responsible for the 24/7 Response Centre. He is a customer focused individual who drives performance, quality and customer satisfaction. He takes customer satisfaction personally, and won't stop until it is the best it possibly can be. His support team consists of 6 team leaders, and over 60 24/7 call centre operatives.
