SPS are leaders in the provision of property services. We deliver high quality products, services to over 300 customers around the UK. We deal with Councils, Local Authorities, FM companies, Landlords, and Estate Agents and give them helpdesk services, 24/7.
Due to expansion, we are looking for Day time call handlers to work in our National Response Centre , 35 Baird Street , Glasgow for Survey Call Handling to tenants around the UK
You will be responsible for making outbound calls to tenants to see if the contractors have attended and completed the repair or deliver a service. All jobs are handled and managed by one person through to completion. The objective is to completely satisfy our customers’ requirements and achieve KPI’s and SLA’s. Customer Satisfaction Surveys no selling involved.
You and Your Role
- Working closely with the Survey Team Leader
- Working with spreadsheets and completing outbound calls.
- Part time position available.
- Monday – Friday – 12-4 / 2-6 / 4-8
- This is a Permanent position and NOT a 0-hour contract
- Experience in reading spreadsheets
