When our client came to us looking for a professional and bespoke out of hours call handling service, we not only able to offer them that, but also some of our other services that benefited them.

The client, Fortunatus Housing Solutions, provide bespoke solutions to help vulnerable adults live successfully in the community. They look to house individuals who normally suffer from enduring mental health problems and/or a learning disability, as well as providing help to them on an ongoing basis to help tenants live independently in the community.

Fortunatus are committed to providing support to their tenants, and understand that the individuals at their properties may require help with housing related issues. Their day team work together to provide both housing related support and maintenance of their properties. An out of hours service was required so they could be there 24/7 for tenants, which is where SPS stepped in to assist.

The SPS call response centre gave Fortunatus the perfect solution, and we were able to handle all out of hours, responding to a diverse range of activities. Our experienced agents were able to use their extensive call handling skills to deliver only the highest level of service when speaking with vulnerable individuals.

Anything from common repairs to simply speaking to tenants and ensuring them that everything was OK within the building, our response centre assisted Fortunatus in being there 24/7 for their clients.

Outside of this, we realised that we have many other services which Fortunatus would find useful in delivering a great service to their tenants. Services such as steel security, environmental services including deep cleans, rubbish removal and needle sweeps have all since been delivered to Fortunatus.

We continue to enjoy and develop a great working relationship with Fortunatus and we were delighted when an SPS account manager was invited to take part in an open day with them.
