There is never a dull moment here at SPS, and it has been business as usual for us over the Spring break, working across the UK providing a range of property maintenance services. From grounds maintenance to new partnerships, here is a round-up of the latest news from SPS.
Out with the old, in with the new
As we embark on another tax year it is very much “out with the old and in with the new” with our customer order numbers. Many expired on the council year end so our team have been helping our clients to reconcile security services throughout our 4 branches and apply new ones for the next 12 months.
Being proactive and making sure we are there to assist our clients during busy periods such as year end activities is important to us, and it helps us build a lasting and trusting working relationship with all our clients. We are thrilled to be providing security services to our clients once again.
Great partnership in the making
This month SPS embarked on what surely is a great new partnership in the making. We officially went live with a new client based in central Scotland, one that specialises in providing housing services and the opportunity to rent property within the area.
With over 2000 houses and more than 600 garages, our client is the second largest landlord in the area, with only the local council responsible for more properties. They aim to contribute to meet the housing and other needs for their tenants.
They provide quality homes for rent, promote the interests of tenants, invest in local communities through non-housing activities as well as provide other opportunities for local people to work together for the benefit of their community.
We are extremely excited to begin working with an organisation which has such positive values and aims, and this month signals the start of what will certainly be a fantastic partnership between SPS and our client.
