Louise Atkinson, Resource Planning Team Leader at Yorkshire Housing was named winner of the Rising Star Award for a Small Operation at the National Planning Awards. Well done indeed to Louise, it is a great achievement.
Louise was named winner at a glittering Gala Dinner and awards ceremony on 2nd July at a the Hilton Deansgate in Manchester. The awards were organised by The Professional Planning Forum, and organisation that champions best practice and professional development in customer contact, they are widely recognised as an innovative, inclusive and independent community of professionals who stimulate collaboration, continual learning and customer focus.
Speaking after the event, Phil Anderson, Senior Customer Contact Specialist at The Forum said, “It was fantastic to be able to recognise the hard work and success achieved by these individuals and planning teams, The standard of all entrants was high which resulted in an extremely rigorous and valuable assessment day, involving members, finalists and experts, from which we all learnt a huge amount.”
We are delighted for Louise, she really is a worthy winner of the Rising Star Award, and we are sure there will be more awards to come in the future.
