After what was a very busy festive season, we are looking forward to another great year at SPS, continuing our work with existing clients and welcoming new customers, projects and partnerships.

A great end to 2016

With the festive period over, we are happy to report that sites were kept secure and safe over the festive closure. All incidents were responded to within our client’s sla’s and our accredited ARC kept customers informed of any incidents as they happened.

Our guarding team were kept busy with last minute short duration guarding instructions. All checks over the festive period were complete, without issues, doing a fine job, especially in London and Manchester.

 

Successful outsourcing 

In the reactive repairs call centre, call overflows were in full operation before, during and after Christmas, allowing our customers to meet their KPI’s – well done everyone!

New Year, new home

We were delighted to support multiple housing associations and councils over the festive period, either getting homes ready for new lets, in early December or taking thousands of reactive calls over the shut-down period.

Towers and CCTV are great preventative measures and all SPS systems were doing their jobs perfectly over Christmas and New Year, silently monitoring and deterring across the UK.

A Safe Place is not just for Christmas

We are delighted to continue our participation in the Safe Places Scheme – a programme which offers a safe place and secure location to those who may feel uncertain, vulnerable or concerned when out in their community.
