SPS are delighted to announce that we have been appointed on the nationwide Fusion 21 Void Property Management framework. This new partnership will see SPS supply our services in all lots (excluding decorating) throughout the whole of UK, something we are very excited to be a part of.
It is important to us as a business to let all of our customers know that you will be able to use SPS as part of this framework soon. Members will be able to take advantage of competitive rates in using our products and services supplied to Fusion 21.
For those unfamiliar, Fusion 21 are a social housing organisation, working with public sector groups nationwide looking for unique procurement services. The organisation work to develop and improve local communities within their framework. SPS are thrilled to be working alongside an organisation that looks to benefit the lives of communities.
As we mentioned, we will be supplying services to Lot One and Lot Two within the framework. Lot One will see us provide property security, as well as alarm protection and monitoring of services. Members will now be able to have a complete security solution available to them, leaving them assured that their properties will be safe and secure.
Our services to Lot Two are all from our best in class grounds maintenance services. Cleaning and cleansing of properties; removal and disposal of waste; grounds maintenance and pest control, these will all be made available to members to quickly restore your property to a clean and healthy condition once more.
Fusion 21 covers the entire of the UK, and SPS will now be expanding our reach throughout the country even more being part of this framework. We will have more information regarding how you can use SPS as a Fusion 21 member coming very soon.
